1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AlgoAmor ("AlgoAmor", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the algoamor.com website and the AlgoAmor companion service operated through Telegram (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility — Adults Only (18+)
The Service contains adult content and is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Service you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
- accessing adult content is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service;
- you access such content voluntarily, for your own personal use, and do not find it offensive.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you. Any misrepresentation of your age is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
3. Nature of the Service — AI-Generated Fiction
The Service provides entertainment through conversations with an artificial-intelligence companion. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The companion is not a real person. "Chloe" is a fictional, computer-generated character. All conversations, voice messages, and images are generated by artificial intelligence;
- All visual content is AI-generated and does not depict any real person. Any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental and unintended;
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional; nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise);
- the Service is not a substitute for human relationships, professional counseling, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
4. Your Account
The Service is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through it. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Telegram account.
5. Credits, Payments & Refunds
- The Service operates on prepaid credits. Message credits, photo unlocks, and voice credits are consumed as you use the corresponding features, at the rates shown in the Service at the time of use;
- Credit packages and prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We may change packages, prices, credit costs, and free allowances at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased;
- Payments are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount and currency to the correct address within the time shown on the invoice; funds lost due to your error cannot be recovered;
- All purchases are final. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, credits are non-refundable once purchased, including unused credits, and have no cash value; they are a limited license to use features of the Service and are not property, currency, or an investment;
- Time-limited benefits (such as VIP status) expire at the end of their stated period and are not refunded in whole or in part;
- Bonus and promotional credits (including referral rewards and welcome credits) are granted at our sole discretion, carry no cash value, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of abuse.
6. Referral Program
We may offer referral rewards. Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated sign-ups, and any other manipulation of the referral program are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible termination. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or request content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
- request, generate, or attempt to generate any content involving minors — this results in immediate permanent termination and, where required, reporting to the authorities;
- attempt to manipulate the AI into producing content that violates these Terms;
- reverse-engineer, probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service;
- resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content received through the Service;
- harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or support channels.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content — including the "Chloe" character, images, voice, text, branding, and software — are owned by or licensed to AlgoAmor and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content delivered to you through the Service for private, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted. Sharing, posting, or selling content from the Service is prohibited.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law. In case of termination for violation, any remaining credits are forfeited without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time using the stop command in the bot.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. WE MAY MODIFY, LIMIT, OR DISCONTINUE ANY PART OF THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGOAMOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgoAmor and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AlgoAmor regarding the Service.
