1. Who We Are & What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy describes how AlgoAmor ("AlgoAmor", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the algoamor.com website and the AlgoAmor companion service operated through Telegram (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to the practices it describes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service:
- Telegram account data — your numeric Telegram ID, username, first and last name (as provided by Telegram), and your interface language. This is supplied automatically by Telegram when you start the bot.
- Conversation content — the text messages you send to the companion and the responses generated for you. If you send a voice message, it is converted to text so the companion can respond; the resulting transcript is treated as conversation content.
- Memory summaries — short automated summaries of your conversations (such as preferences you have mentioned) so the companion can remember context between chats.
- Usage and account data — credit balances, credit usage logs, content you have unlocked, activity timestamps, referral codes, and the source through which you discovered the Service.
- Payment records — the package purchased, price, cryptocurrency amount and currency, invoice identifier, and payment status.
What we do NOT collect: we do not ask for or store your real name, email address, phone number, physical address, government ID, or payment card details. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by an independent payment processor; we never receive your wallet's private information or banking data.
The algoamor.com website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics. It stores a single language preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers your chosen language; this never leaves your device.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, personalize, and operate the Service, including generating responses and maintaining the companion's memory of your conversations;
- To process purchases, credit your balance, and keep accurate payment records;
- To operate the referral program and measure which channels bring visitors;
- To provide customer support when you contact us;
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations for third-party advertising.
4. Automated Processing by AI
The Service is powered by artificial intelligence. Your messages are processed by automated AI systems, including third-party AI model providers, solely to generate the companion's responses. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details, identification documents, health information, or anything you would not want processed by an automated system) in your conversations. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to disclose in chat.
5. Service Providers We Rely On
To operate the Service we share the minimum necessary data with a small number of infrastructure providers, each acting under their own security obligations:
- Telegram — the messaging platform through which the Service is delivered;
- AI model providers (accessed via a routing service) — process message content to generate responses;
- Speech synthesis and speech recognition providers — process voice content to create voice replies and to transcribe your voice messages;
- Database and storage hosting — stores account and conversation data described above;
- Cryptocurrency payment processor (currently OxaPay) — handles payment invoices and confirmations. We may change payment processors and will update this section accordingly.
These providers receive data only to perform their function for us and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising. We are not responsible for the independent practices of Telegram or of the cryptocurrency networks used to send payments, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- You can clear your conversation history at any time using the corresponding command in the bot;
- You can stop the Service and mark your account as deleted using the stop command in the bot;
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (Section 11). We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time, except for records we are required to keep (such as payment records retained for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes).
We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you are responsible for keeping your own Telegram account secure.
8. Age Restriction
The Service is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a user is underage, we will terminate the account and delete associated data. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us immediately.
9. International Use
The Service is operated globally and your information may be processed on servers located in different countries. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
10. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AlgoAmor, our users, or the public, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes take effect when the updated Policy is posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
